Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 c. oatmeal
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  4. Add the oatmeal.
  5. Add any optional ingredients (coconut flakes, chocolate chips, cinnamon, raisins, nuts, vanilla, etc.)
  6. Mix together.
  7. Scoop the batter onto the cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Enjoy your healthy treat!
